So much fun to do a photoshoot for a 90th birthday party! So many precious memories were made with her & her family. Loved to see how she absolutely adores her grand and great-grandchildren. Wonderful! My first event shooting.

For me – a good learning curve! It was a shoot inside a restaurant and things were happening all around me. That also meant though that wherever I pointed my camera, the lighting was slightly different. We just got creative with it and were able to look through so many beautiful pictures during the selection & editing process (which my husband does – what a gift!)
Also – what about taking pictures when people dance & then combine that with lighting?! Or children playing and balloons flying around! Another go0ood & creative learning point for me!
We also did a group photo (not included below because of privacy) but that’s also SUCH a fun thing to do – children in front, people who are less able to stand sitting on chairs and everyone having to fit in the picture… and how do you get 40/50 people to smile in a picture at the same time? HA! So Good!
Below is a compilation of some of the pictures. You will not see any faces from children because of privacy, but there were soooo many cute ones!
When she received the pictures, her granddaughter said she would print them all and treasure them in an album! Found that soo special. Moments forever to be remembered!
Thankful for this opportunity! XX
